Bills can be collected online via Electronic Bill Presentment or in person via Moment’s off-platform network. For how each channel works, see Presenting Bills. Regardless of channel, Moment handles payment processing and notifies the merchant in real time.

After Payment

Once a payment is received through either channel:
  • The bill is automatically marked as paid.
  • A receipt is provided to the customer.
  • Payment status is updated in real time via the Client Portal and webhooks.
